About Daffney Designs - Daffney Designs has created and sold custom designed jewelry since 2001. Nothing is mass produced - Each piece is carefully made by hand, one at a time in my studio in Cincinnati, Ohio. Every Keepsake is carefully handcrafted using only the finest Bali and Sterling Silver, Swarovski Crystals and Pearls in each and every design. In most cases it can be recreated or recreated with a slight variation to create an original just for you. Do you accept custom orders? TOP

I try to work on orders as quickly as I can once payment is received. I like to have my orders done in a 2-3 day time span but ask that you allow at least a week. If your order is time sensitive, please call the studio to expedite your order. How will my order be sent? TOP
I ship all orders with the USPS unless you request otherwise. Within the United States you can choose First Class for $2.50 which includes Delivery Confirmation or Priority Mail for $4.00 which also includes Delivery Confirmation. If you would like insurance, and I do recommend this, please add $1.30 for all orders up to $50.00, or $2.20 for orders up to $100.00. How will my order be packaged? TOP
Presentation is just as important to me as your jewelry. All items arrive in a small gift box hand stamped for the occasion and tied with a beautiful matching ribbon. Your item will be all ready for gift-giving and the little boxes make great places to store your jewelry. What kind of stringing wire do you use? TOP
I use a professional series stringing wire with 49 strands. This means that there are 49 tiny strands of stainless steel wire incorporated together in a protective, abrasion-resistant nylon coating that is made especially for bead stringing.
What if my bracelet breaks? TOP
If something should happen to your bracelet that affects it's wearability, bring or send it back to me and I will provide you with an estimate to repair it. If a wire should break, attempt to find all the pieces, return them to me and I will restring it at no charge. If pieces are missing, I will replace them for a nominal charge. How do I care for my jewelry TOP
I recommend that your jewelry be removed before going to bed each night, and also before swimming and bathing to keep it looking it's best. For cleaning use a polishing cloth meant for sterling silver, and keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or plastic bag when not being worn to prevent tarnishing. Please do not use harsh cleaners as this can damage the pearls and other gemstones. How do I determine the size bracelet that I need? TOP
It is best to use a soft flexible tape measure and measure the area of your wrist between the knobby wrist bone and your hand. This is your actual wrist size. Please do not add to this measurement. I will adjust the size to ensure a proper fit. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact me.
